Vinyasa Yoga (60 min) – Beautifully breath-led flowing yoga for all abilities. The sequences are artfully designed to integrate the whole body through strength, flexibility and balance postures while deepening your connection with mindful breathing. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and centered.
Gentle Restorative Yoga and Meditation (60 min) – Honor your body, mind, and spirit with this relaxing and restful practice. With fewer postures than most yoga classes, this practice focuses on exploring comfortable postures, and gentle twists, folds, and bends while seated or reclined in a supported position. These relaxing postures are held 4-5 minutes to allow you to fully rest while using your breath and peaceful meditation to bring additional comfort to your body, mind, and spirit.
Integrative Restorative Yoga + Meditation + Nidra (60-75 min) – Each of us has a space in our lives where we find gratitude, acceptance, comfort, confidence and peace with ourselves, others, and our world. By integrating breath, body movement, mindfulness, and deep relaxed awareness, this class guides you to that blissful space.
Social Yoga (60 + min) – Curious, fun-loving, and inviting, this is a class you help design. Each person suggests a posture, perhaps a favorite one, a challenging one, or a relaxing one. The entire class is then guided through a sequence of these postures with plenty of options and modifications to allow your yogic spirit to shine. We talk, we laugh, we breath, and we explore the gift of yoga together. And after class we gather a little longer to connect, share, and enjoy being who we are together.
Loma de Vida’s San Antonio indoor Fitness and Movement studio is equipped with the finest functional fitness center equipment and rowing machines for the ultimate in stress reduction exercising in the Texas Hill Country. Loma de Vida features movement classes, including spinning, yoga, TRX suspension training, and fusion of movement.
