We offer more than 115,000 square feet of event space suited to every need. There are 28 indoor San Antonio meeting rooms, plus a full complement of amenities including: onsite audio-visual professionals, a personal meeting concierge and team building activities.
The magnificent San Antonio Grand Ballroom has a separate entrance with parking lot and can be accessed through the main hotel lobby. Comprised of nine sections, it can be used as a whole or broken down into smaller sections for a more intimate settings. The grand foyer area features seven historic mission bells and is lined with large windows overlooking the two terraces providing panoramic views of the beautiful Hill Country.
The La Cantera Ballroom provides a versatile space with air walls to divide the ballroom into perfectly portioned sections equally suited to host large professional meetings or refined affairs for friends and family. The foyer features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light and a spacious area for groups to congregate. Doors lead out to a terrace overlooking the Hill Country and both renowned golf courses.
Palo Duro is separate from the main hotel just across the drive from the San Antonio Grand Ballroom and has a separate parking lot. Elegant chandeliers and two sets of French doors grace this space, filled with natural lighting pouring in from the ceiling to floor windows. This space is used for meetings, post-golf receptions, and meals. A private patio overlooks the resort driving range and San Antonio skyline.
Adjacent to Plaza San Saba, our 6000 sq. ft. event lawn overlooks the stunning hill country and can accommodate up to 500 guests.
El Fortin Lawn has four graceful native limestone arches that serve as a window framing the Texas Hill Country. This elegant outdoor setting is perfect for receptions and social functions.
The 31,416 sq. ft. Plaza San Saba is the resort’s central gathering area overlooking the Texas Hill Country and the ideal setting to enjoy San Antonio’s more than 300 days of sunshine each year. Lined by native plants and vegetation, a reflecting pond, and a grand natural rock sculpture along with fire and water features, Plaza San Saba is well suited for individual relaxation, group events, or spectacular photography.
Located just off the front drive, this 3000 sq. ft. outdoor terrace offers a lookout where guests can take in panoramic views of the rolling hills and the San Antonio skyline from one of the highest points in San Antonio. The event space includes a private bar and restrooms
Located inside of SweetFire Kitchen, La Sierra offers panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country with indoor seating surrounded by windows and a private wrap around balcony.
Adjacent to Plaza San Saba with a private bar, Primero Terrace offers views of the Texas Hill Country and a warming fireplace. Enjoy a cozy reception or outdoor, covered dining in this tranquil space.
Emily’s Rose Courtyard is a 5422 sq. ft. secluded garden surrounded by the hotel and is perfect for an outdoor reception or dinner for up to 175 guests. The courtyard features scattered trees and a rock water feature.
Celebrate in style with a private event at the Signature perfect for a rehearsal dinner or just a romantic evening. With equisite views of the golf course and the resort, the interior is just as thoughtfully designed. The Signature can be reserved to host private dinners.
Enjoy the view of the award-winning Resort Course along with the San Antonio skyline from the Resort Course Grille or its large patio. The Grille is closed in the evening to allow hosting of private dinners.
